Hello!! My name is Margaret, to my left is my best friend Kyzer and behind me is our other family member Tyler . . . and this is our story!
Shortly, after the loss of my mother, I decided to leave my office job and change my career path. Having already received a diploma in Interior Design and a Bachelor in Business Management, I decided to further my education.
While attending classes, I woke up one morning and decided I was ready to make a commitment to a new dog. The next thing, I was at the Mississauga Animal Shelter. I took one look at this big brown dog, and needless to say, I did not leave alone.
Nearing the end of my course, I realized that my focus and passion had nothing to do with 10 years of post secondary education. Instead, I finally realized that what I wanted to do was work with dogs. So I have chosen to dedicate myself to the work of enhancing the life of all dogs and their families.
I completed courses in dog behaviour and training with the Canadian Association of Professional Pet Dog Trainers. I completed the Instructors Course on Doggy Behaviour, Temperment & Training with Veterinarian and Animal Behaviourist, Dr. Ian Dunbar. I am also certified in Pet First Aid, by Oakland Educational Services.
I continue to educate myself on all aspects of petcare and behaviour.
Sometimes it takes a while to figure out what it is we want to do with our lives. I am happy I got up one morning and chose to visit the Animal Shelter, for now I know my true PASSION!
Please feel free to give us a call or send us an email regarding our services.
We look forward to meeting you and your furry family member(s).
Sincerely,
Margaret, Kyzer and Tyler
